2 _ Impurities, dispersibility, labeling, and other technical characteristics are fully customizable based on Buyer’s requirements.
3 _ Buyer shall submit with the ICPO:

·        Technical specifications of the required product (e.g., particle size, purity level, dispersibility)

·        Any required laboratory test results and reference parameters

·        Labeling text or branding instructions (if applicable)

4_ If the Buyer requires ultra-dispersible powder, the Buyer shall provide the precise specification for production and quality control alignment.
5_ All labeling can be provided in English or as per the Buyer’s instructions.

Quality Control & Certification

1_ All products are certified by GIREDMET and manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
2_ The Buyer may appoint, at its own cost, an independent third-party inspection agency to verify product quality prior to shipment.
3_ Any discrepancy shall be resolved based on laboratory analysis reports from mutually recognized independent inspection bodies.

1 _ Delivery shall be made on a CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) basis to the Buyer’s designated port or free zone.
